As part of a small but growing global fund management group, this person will assist the senior management in all areas of the company's operations which include day-to-day trade processing and settlements, monitoring of corporate action events, cash and valuation reconciliation, process subscriptions, redemptions and transfers, liaising with service providers, maintaining information systems, maintaining portfolio accounting, implementing process improvements and more.

Handling people at various levels requires you to have a pleasant personality. As the learning curve is steep, the job needs unwavering commitment, high level of energy, resourcefulness and integrity. Multi-skills and multi-tasking responsibilities can be expected.

This person should preferably have 1-2 years settlements and fund administration experience and is expected to have a Diploma in any of the following specialisations: Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Law or ICSA.
